We’re actually on the ground in Nepal

Students & campuses
Real students, real campuses — both sides of the border
A mix of student voices and campus life across our programs. Photos from our partner colleges in India, and our own people in Nepal.
They told me what was hard, not just what I wanted to hear. Having someone actually in Nepal made all the difference for my parents.

From Kathmandu to my hostel in India, every form and signature was handled. I just focused on getting in.

Honest advice and real support. They answered my family’s questions patiently, in our own language.

Honest answers
What parents really want to know
The questions that keep families up at night — answered straight, not sugar-coated.
Nepal is widely regarded as peaceful and hospitable, with shared culture and an open border that lets families visit easily. Colleges provide separate hostels for girls and boys with on-campus security. We tell you the honest picture for your specific shortlist — including the city, campus and hostel — rather than a blanket reassurance.
The name
Tarini — “she who carries you across.”
Tarini is a name for the one who ferries you safely over the river to the other side. That is exactly how we see our work: a student stands on one bank — in India, or in Nepal — with a future waiting across the water. The crossing is full of unfamiliar currents: applications, recognition rules, paperwork, a new country.
Our job is to carry you across it — steadily, honestly, and all the way to the far bank. Not to push you off, and not to leave you mid-stream.
Not sure which path is yours?
Send one message. We’ll give you an honest read — even if the honest answer is “not yet.”
